‘Kilmarnock Kay Park Parish Church has prepared a full Health and Safety File encompassing a Risk Assessment and Management of Risk as part of its responsibility in protecting the safety of all Users of the building. This also includes a Fire Safety Risk Assessment which details where potential risk exists and what actions have and are being taken to comply. The assessment is part of an ongoing process in recognition of risk and involves regular reporting on the facilities to ensure compliance.’
